Актрисата обяснява, че за нея творческите проекти често се превръщат в нещо като „малки деца“. През последните години тя се насочва не само към актьорството, но и към продуциране, писане и режисура. Новият ѝ партньор Микеле Чивета също има сериозен опит в киното. Италианският режисьор е работил по редица филмови проекти и е известен с филми като The Gateway. Той има син на име Никола от италианската актриса Асия Ардженто, с която сключи брак през 2008 г. Двойката се раздели през 2013 г.
Чивета често споделя в социалните мрежи колко важна роля играе синът му в живота му. В публикация по повод рождения му ден през 2025 г. режисьорът пише, че се гордее изключително много с него и че го смята за вдъхновение.
Засега не е ясно колко сериозна е връзката между Хедър Греъм и Микеле Чивета, но снимките от романтичната им ваканция в Мексико показват, че двамата се наслаждават на компанията си и на красивите моменти заедно.
